For those who love summer fruits, our pastry chefs have combined their expertise to create our vibrant and abundantly fruity tart, the “Multifruit” Tart.
Its three circles of fruit provide a delicate display of glorious colour, underlining a beautiful flavour trilogy. Pretty raspberries and large apricot and damson halves lie on a bed of delicious shortcrust pastry to create this delicious dessert.
Made up of more than 50% fruit, our tart is composed of a shortcrust pastry, filled with an apple compote and covered with damsons, apricots and raspberries, all delicately arranged by hand in circles.
With its fresh, decorative look, soft texture and rich flavour, the “Multifruit” Tart will delight your guests’ appetite for ripe summer fruit pastries.
With the intention of preserving the quality of our products, our tart is prepared in line with our high standards and is free from artificial flavourings, preservatives or colourings.
How to prepare :
In the oven :
Once removed from the freezer, remove all the packaging even the mould. Leave the tart to defrost for 5 hours on a serving plate in the refrigerator.
