The MéliMélo solid oak table is manufactured in our own workshop in Franche-Comté, France. Like all our furniture, the table is eco-designed and handcrafted from A to Z.

The oak comes from PEFC-certified regional forests. This label guarantees that the furniture comes from sustainable and responsible sources. The company has also held the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label since 2017, which assures you that our furniture comes from exceptional craftsmanship. The openwork shape of the leg lends lightness and fluidity to the overall design. The name « MéliMélo » derives from the two legs, which give the impression of intertwining to form one sleek, modern design.
Customizable and made-to-measure, you can choose from seventeen different sizes ranging from 70 x 70 cm to 240 x 120 cm, and in different woods such as walnut, beech, ash, etc.

Exceptional natural finish

Finished by hand with a white stain and Rubio® Oil Plus 2C, this coffee table displays all the beauty of white-stained solid oak. The wood remains free of harmful substances and retains all its excellent properties. It breathes, absorbing moisture and gradually releasing it to the surrounding air, ensuring a healthy, pleasant environment.
Rubio Oil Plus 2C contains 0% VOCs and complies with the Gold label for indoor air quality and the EN 71-3 toy standard.

PEFC local wood

The oak used comes from local, sustainably managed resources. Our company is PEFC eco-certified, guaranteeing that our wood supplies are regularly checked by an independent organization.

• Safeguarding the environment

Ecodesign is a preventive approach that minimizes a product’s impact on the environment :

• Made from local PEFC wood: a renewable and recyclable resource.
• Repairable: solid wood and oil can be easily sanded and restored.
• The finishing oil is derived from eco-responsible plant materials.
• Wood scraps and waste from the manufacture of this coffee table are recycled as far as possible and, as a last resort, used as fuel to heat our workshop.
• Single-material design for easy end-of-life recycling.
• Indoor air quality

Our furniture is made from selected natural materials:

• Reduced indoor air pollution.
• Absence of hazardous substances.
• Oil with 0% VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
• Gold label oil for indoor air quality.
• Formaldehyde-free wood glue.

Maintenance

Maintenance of this solid oak MéliMélo table is simple and easy:

• Daily cleaning: with a damp sponge or cloth, or the Rubio interior soap available in the « maintenance » tab.
• Occasional maintenance: apply care oil with a cloth.
• In case of scratches: sand and apply care oil.
