Boudins are tasty, simple, beautifully textured. That’s why everybody loves them, young and old alike. We have chosen to fill ours with fish and scallops. They are free from artificial colourings and preservatives. Ideal for family dinners, they are best served hot, pan-fried in butter. This product is sold in trays containing 2 boudins.
