Start by thoroughly cleansing your face, then apply your serum(s) and cream(s). Place the LED mask over your face, adjust it comfortably, and select the light color that suits your needs. Allow the mask to work for 5 to 30 minutes, as recommended, ensuring to wear the provided protective goggles or placing moistened cotton pads over your eyes for optimal protection.

Avoid direct exposure to the LED lights when turned on. Do not use the mask on irritated or damaged skin. Adhere to the recommended usage time. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
