How to apply it properly

1. Apply to the eye area with the steel roll-on from the inside towards the outside.
2. Use the fingertips to make light taps to encourage absorption and revive the eye area.
3. Finish by gently smoothing the eyelashes with the pads of the fingers to strengthen them.
