Resine MéliMélo Oak wood table

The design of this living room coffee table beautifully combines the solid oak of the base with the resin of the tabletop. The legs, composed of two pieces of solid wood assembled and pierced, give this MéliMélo furniture line a refined and captivating style.

Like all Delavelle® furniture, this coffee table is 100% made in France, in our workshop in Saulnot (70). The Solid Surface tabletop ensures exceptional durability and ease of maintenance, even under heavy use.

Locally sourced wood, crafted from sustainably managed forests and eco-certified by PEFC, is used in the construction. The HI-MACS resin tabletop is made from a blend of acrylic, minerals, and natural pigments. Customizable, you can choose the type of solid wood and a resin color that suits your preference (upon request)!

The designer coffee table is available in two dimensions: 80 x 80 cm and 120 x 80 cm, with a height of 45 cm.

Characteristics

Customizable coffee table available in two dimensions listed above, with a height of 45 cm. Other custom sizes are available upon request. It features a 20 mm thick Alpine White HI-MACS® resin top and a sturdy solid oak base with dimensions of 80 x 22 mm. The assembly is through mortise and tenon joints with glued dowels, utilizing formaldehyde-free wood glue.

The oak base of this MéliMélo coffee table is meticulously sanded and hand-oiled with Rubio Oil Plus 2C, providing protection and enhancing the wood’s natural beauty. The Solid Surface Alpine White tabletop is finely sanded to achieve a matte finish, but a glossy finish is available upon request.

PEFC French Oak :

The oak used for the base comes from sustainably managed local forests certified by PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification). Both our workshop and wood sources are PEFC certified, ensuring traceability and sustainable harvesting practices.

Eco-conscious Design :

Eco-design aims to minimize the environmental impact of this coffee table:

• Stackable for optimized storage.
• Made from local, renewable, and recyclable wood.
• Repairable: natural wood and resin can be sanded and restored.
• Despite Solid Surface not being a natural material, it’s selected for repairability and durability.

• Reduces indoor air pollution.
• Absence of harmful substances.
• Reduced emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• Formaldehyde-free wood glue.
• Wood finished with Rubio Oil Plus 2C (0% VOC).
• Gold label oil for indoor air quality.
• The resin is non-emissive and does not pollute the indoor air.

Maintenance :

Maintenance for this living room table is simple:

• Daily cleaning: with a damp sponge or cloth.
• Occasional wood maintenance: apply care oil with a cloth.
• For wood scratches: sand and apply care oil.
• Occasional resin maintenance: rub with a damp sponge and cream cleanser (Cif).
