Brown cane sugar is a natural, low-refined sugar. Sugar from sugar cane is naturally brown after extraction, due to the presence of coloring precursors in the cane stem. Marketed as is, this brown sugar is often called “brown sugar”.
Our brown cane sugar comes directly from Reunion Island, which produces more than 210 000 tons of sugar per year.
