Its large size of 100 x 200 cm allows you to use the Fouta mariniere as a guest towel, while taking up less space than a conventional owel.

Originating from Ksar Hellal in Tunisia, the Fouta mariniere was woven with 100% recycled cotton yarns from the surplus of major brands of ready-to-wear clothing.

The fouta is woven in an artisanal workshop, fruit of an ancestral know-how . In a responsible and committed production approach, the fouta braids are hand-knotted by craftswomen wishing to bring an additional income to their household.

The fouta is shipped in a compostable envelope. Its packaging is recycled and recyclable.
