The frame of dining seats is made by steel tube with diameter 22 and a thickness of 2mm for a high level of outdoor performance. Some steel wires are fixed to the backrest frame as its decorative pattern: these wires are spot-welded by a special projection welding technology, which allows a cleaner wire fusion for a more refined aesthetic effect and a lesser risk of rust.

The steel mesh sheet seat plate is hot-zincked and welded to the frame using the before mentioned projection welding technology for high resistance performance in outdoors.

Like all EMU products, a cataphoresis pretreatment is provided and then a thermosetting powder coating treatment, which finally produces a layer of homogeneous paint in terms of thickness with an high level of adherence and resistance.

Nylon feets supports make it easy to move and protect the product.
