The P2 PLEASURE is a real pasta laboratory for professionals who want a compact machine that satisfies the production of all types of pasta. In the basic version, this combination consists of a simple kneading tank, an automatic dough sheeter coupled to an automatic ravioli machine.
It can be supplied with a double vat which can itself be equipped with a press for the production of all short and long pasta formats.
The ravioli machine can produce loose ravioli of any size.
