We have developed a new burger bun with a “homemade” look that is different from the brioche soft bun recipes.
It is a French bread recipe like a baguette with a very light cream-colored crumb, generously honeycombed with a very thin and crispy crust.
For the visual, on the top of the bread, the poppy seeds bring a nice shade of black color and the buckwheat crushed brings a slightly crunchy texture.
Each burger has a unique round shape for an artisanal rendering that is appreciated by our guests.
